We have two cars and a large motorbike and want to be able to fit them in the garage comfortably.
Some of the homes within the estate have a small additional “mini” garage with its own roller door situated as an annex on the side of the main garage which is used to store a golf cart. This could be used for the motorbike and would add appeal as a feature prospective buyers are wanting in homes when looking to buy within the estate.
We would like enough room to be able to store tools out of sight in cupboards and have a workbench if possible.

Some homes within the Kooindah Waters estate have a small annex attached to the main garage which is used to store a golf cart. We would like something similar but will use it for our motorbike.
The house at 18 Kooindah Boulevard demonstrates this feature.
